Ann and Bob, life-long New Englanders hailing from the “Ocean State” of Rhode Island, relocated to Southwest Florida after first purchasing their vacation home in Spring Run at the Brooks in 2000.  Since then and immediately after retirement from the North Kingstown School System, both Ann and Bob were convinced that golf, biking, beaching, and resort-style living would undeniably afford a bright and healthy future. Trading the quaint, yet chilly, winter wonderland of Rhode Island for this picture-perfect, palm-tree paradise, Ann and Bob take a shine to helping people find their way home to Florida, becoming the Sullivan Team.

Ann comes to real estate with a varied background in business management and education. This native Rhode Islander earned her degrees from URI, teacher’s degree from Rhode Island College and MEd in Counseling from Providence College. 

Bob has enjoyed a rewarding career in education as high school English teacher/English department chairman and has enjoyed many diverse community involvements and accomplishments in his home town.  Education, along with experience, remain an integral part of Ann and Bob’s success, having furthered their real state education each earning their GRI - Graduate of Real Estate Institute - the most highly regarded designation by the National Association of REALTORS®.
